Our annual Pancake Fundraiser is just around the corner! Please spread the word and invite your family and friends. Below is a link to send to them! If you would like tickets to sell please let me know how many you need and I can email them to you. Please note you will be responsible for turning in the money with any extra ticket the day of the breakfast.

You are invited to join The Sullivans Division – USNSCC for a Fundraising Event! Simply contact the event organizer for more information and come to the Applebee’s on the event date listed below for a delicious meal for a purpose!

Event Date: March 9, 2019

Cost $6 per ticket and tickets can be purchased at the door.

Information for Cadets & Parents

Date – 09 MAR 19 – This is the Saturday of drill

Report Time – 0730

Location -Apple Bee’s 1050 Union Rd west Seneca NY 14224 (in the South Gate Plaza)

Please note cadets must purchase tickets for breakfast if they want to eat.

Dismissal – After Apple Bee’s has been cleaned up we will head over to Get Air for some fun!!! We will need some parents to help transport cadets to Get Air. Get Air will end at 1400 and you will need to be picked up by a parent!

Cadet Fun Day!!

After the pancake breakfast we will be going to Get Air on Union Rd in Cheektowaga from 1200-1400 to finish off the drill day! You must attend the breakfast to attend Get Air. There is no cost to a cadet. If you want food or drinks at Get Air that will be at your cost. IMPORTANT – All cadets must fill out a waiver online before they jump, this must be completed by your parent before the 9th. You will not be allowed to jump without this. All cadets who will be at the pancake breakfast must reply to this email by 05MAR19 so we have a head count for Get Air.

Any child that was given an envelope from LT Melanie Pawli at last drill; containing required medical information for their records, all information is required to be handed back in by March drill. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! All this information is far overdue.

Recruitment Information

Remember each and every one of you is our best recruiter. If you would like to bring a friend/neighbor/relative who is interested in joining, let LCDR J. Pawli know in order to pass along the information about the program to them.

Shooting Information

Shooting will be on Thursday, 14 MAR 19, at 1900.  10 cadets are needed.  Cost is $11.00; please bring exact change.  See the ENS Simone at drill if you want to sign up.  Must be 12 or older to attend shooting.

If your child has a physical coming up please make sure you have the doctor fill out a new Medical Exam & Supplemental form. We must have a current form on file for your child to be in the program. (Supplemental and Accommodation forms only need to be filled out by those cadets with prescription or special needs)
